Terms and Conditions:

1. Qurbani orders must be placed at least 3 days before Eid.
2. Metro Online reserves the right to cancel orders based on availability or other reasons. In case of cancellation, prepaid customers will receive full compensation.
3. Orders can be canceled up to 7 days before Eid. Metro Online does not offer returns or refunds.
4. Payment options include Direct Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Jazz Cash, and Advance Cash Collection.
5. Self-pickup customers can collect their orders from the specified store during the allocated time slot. If issues arise at the selected store, the Metro team will contact the customer to arrange an alternative pickup option.
6. Customers opting for self-pickup must present a photocopy of their CNIC and a printed confirmation email at the time of pickup.
